How the Paraguay residency partner program works for agencies

A partner applies. Once approved, the partner receives its rate and a checklist for each nationality it sells to. The partner sends the client's documents, and Paraguay for Business checks them. The client attends the appointments in person in Paraguay; with the One-Trip add-on, that is one visit. There, Paraguay for Business's team meets the client on the partner's behalf. Paraguay for Business files, follows up, and sends the residency card and cédula when they are issued. The partner keeps the client relationship, the price and any tax or legal advice.

FAQ

Partner questions about the process

How many trips does it take, and how long?

Your client attends the appointments in person in Paraguay. With One-Trip, that's one visit, and the residency card and cédula follow afterwards. A premium agency describes the card and cédula arriving about 55 to 60 days after the trip (December 2025). Published timings are optimistic, and the cédula can take longer for some nationalities: one practitioner reports that since October 2025, Paraguay asks the home country about the applicant's record before printing it. We confirm the timeline after we have checked the documents.
